THURSINAR CORPORATION SDN. BHD. (TCSB) is registered with Kementerian Kewangan as a Bumiputera Status, General Contractor with Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK)- Class B, Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB) with authorized and Paid-Up Capital of RM 750,000.00 each.

The company is owned and operated by a group of professional Bumiputeras with two (2) experienced directors namely Dato’ Haji Ramli Abd Rahman as Chairman and Haji Norizam bin Haji Maarof as Managing Director.

The principle activities of TCSB are in facilities management & maintenance.

In line with their quality policy, they have acquired the quality system certification MS ISO 9001:2008 with SIRIM.

KADOKAWA GEMPAK STARZ began back in 1994 as ART SQUARE GROUP, an advertising agency servicing various blue chip companies before subsequently diversifying into publishing. Sustained success consequently saw the establishment of GEMPAK STARZ, their graphic novel publishing arm in 2001. By 2013, their output was over 250 publications of various genres from acclaimed local, regional, and international artists.

In November 2015, they joined forces with KADOKAWA CORPORATION, Japan's leading entertainment content provider and renamed themselves KADOKAWA GEMPAK STARZ. Now, they are in the midst of advancing themselves – from being Malaysia's biggest publisher of comics and graphic novels to becoming one of the world's most prolific creators of creative content.
