Bowling with the Kids is an event where, for the fee of RM40/participant, we allowed public participants to sponsor 15 kids from Pusat Jagaan Telaga Kasih Nur Muhammad, PJTK (aged 10-12) for their bowling games and refreshments. Participants from the public were put in teams with these kids. Hence, allowing them to get to know each other and be friends.

This event was held on 7th December 2019 at Wangsa Bowl @ 1Utama, 1 Utama Shopping Centre, EZ401 4th Floor, 1, Lebuh Bandar Utama, Bandar Utama, 47800 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

We believed that this event benefitted, on one hand, the kids from PJTK as it was an activity out of the norm and on the other hand, the public as they got the chance to get to know them and see how their contributions brought smiles to these kids.

On the event day, each team had 5 team members. Teams were formed as such: either 3 participants from the public and 2 kids from PJTK or 4 participants from the public 1 kid from PJTK.

Furthermore, this event was conducted with a BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) concept, all participants were required to bring their own water bottle and each kids from Pusat Jagaan Telaga Kasih were given a water bottle from HULUR Malaysia.

Every participant received a participation certificate and a portion of the event’s profits were given to Pusat Jagaan Telaga Kasih.
