The concept of Preloved Pitch (PP) was to gather all preloved items provided by vendors, which are still in excellent condition and to sell them at reasonably low prices. All items were sold for under RM50 with the exception of handbags and designer items. Preloved Pitch is not merely an event selling preloved items; it is a charity sale that channels the profits to other charity organizations.

We had successfully organized a charity sale in 2017 (Preloved Pitch Vol.1) benefiting MyCare, Asnaf, and Homeless. In 2019, we came out with a larger platform, building our own organisation HULUR Malaysia to help more people in need. We wished to sustain our contributions to the society by organizing Preloved Pitch Vol.2 on 2nd March 2019, at Dewan Melati Seksyen 7, Shah Alam.

The objective of Preloved Pitch Vol.2 was to raise fund through this charity sale event in order to help three main target bodies; Autisme Malaysia, Pusat Kebajikan dan Tahfiz Baitul Ulfah, and Pusat Jagaan Nur Hasanah.

In addition to this main objective, the program strives to:

1. To help provide a shared pitch for the team members who do not know where they can send their no longer fitting, worn or used items
2. Aid small businesses to market their products
3. To increase community’s awareness to the plight of the less fortunate people around us.

35 vendors have joined Preloved Pitch Vol.2, selling their personal items in the name of charity. Apart from that, PP Vol.2 has opened 10 booth slots for small businesses to sell and promote their products as well, such as cosmetics, insurance, cookies and desserts. We also invited 5 celebrities to join us as our media influencers. In estimate, 3000 items was sold during the event. Total sales earning during the event was RM10,867.32
